The University Research Computing Facility provides support to all researchers at Drexel in order to more effectively use our shared compute resources.

Support Tickets via E-mail

All support requests should originate as a ticket sent to urcf-support@drexel.edu. In order to more efficiently resolve your issue, please include the following information:

  • What you're attempting to accomplish
  • Any troubleshooting steps you've tried, including specific commands and their outputs
