Procedures for Server Hosting

New physical or virtual servers in the URCF are expected to adhere to all applicable university policies, including information security requirements.

Data Compliance

HIPAA Protected Data

Our Picotte cluster is not currently compliant with the requirements for handling HIPAA data. As such, no HIPAA-protected data is allowed to be stored on Picotte. For questions about the appropriate place to store protected data, please contact your College or School's Associate Dean of Research (ADR).
