Getting Help

Please contact URCF support via our issue tracking system:

urcf-support@drexel.edu

This ensures all URCF admins can see your request, and helps us get back to you as quickly as possible. When contacting us, please provide the following information:

  • If this error was encountered during a job, provde the job ID
  • Describe the series of steps you performed that show the error
  • Please copy and paste, or type, the exact error message you received. You can also attach a screenshot of the error to the email.
  • Tell us what you expected to happen instead of the error and explain what you are trying to achieve.
  • Please provide a list of any files that are related to this problem. For example, a path to your job script, data set, software, etc.
