This ensures all URCF admins can see your request, and helps us get back to you as quickly as possible. When contacting us, please provide the following information:
- If this error was encountered during a job, provde the job ID
- Describe the series of steps you performed that show the error
- Please copy and paste, or type, the exact error message you received. You can also attach a screenshot of the error to the email.
- Tell us what you expected to happen instead of the error and explain what you are trying to achieve.
- Please provide a list of any files that are related to this problem. For example, a path to your job script, data set, software, etc.
