niimath

niimath is a high-performance, open-source re-implementation of fslmaths used for processing brain imaging data stored in the NIfTI format.

Installed Versions

niimath version 1.0.20250529 is installed. To use it, load the environment module:

module load niimath/1.0.20250529

You can then use the niimath command:

[jjp366@picottemgmt ~]$ niimath
