Kallisto

Kallisto is a program for quantifying abundances of transcripts from bulk and single-cell RNA-Seq data.[1][2]

Installed Versions

Kallisto 0.48.0 is installed on Picotte. There are two variants, one compiled with gcc and the other compiled with Intel icc. Use one of the modulefiles:

kallisto/0.48.0 kallisto/intel/2020/0.48.0

Usage

Kallisto can run multi-threaded.
