Tasks completed during Shutdown 2014-06:

• Backup to Data SuperCell
• Install GPU nodes: Dell team will be on-site
• Re-do GPU node power cabling
• BIOS updates for all Intel nodes
• Update Univa Grid Engine to 8.1.7p5 (from 8.1.7p0)
• Fix Mellanox IB interface settings
• Update HA storage software: kernel, Mellanox Infiniband drivers, High-Availability Clustering software
• restructure Lustre directories: soft links, rename base mount
