SeqPrep

SeqPrep is a program to merge paired end Illumina reads that are overlapping into a single longer read.[1]

Installed Versions

SeqPrep 1.2 is installed on Proteus. Use the modulefile:

seqprep/1.2

It is also automatically loaded as part of QIIME 1.9.1
