PICRUSt is Phylogenetic Investigation of Communities by Reconstruction of Unobserved STates.[1]
Installed Version
picrust 1.0.0dev0 is installed as part of the local QIIME 1.8.0 package. It is not available with QIIME 1.9.1
or other installed Python packages because it requires an older version
of the biom-format Python module.
